A leadership retreat film built around officer development, team building, and the camp environment.
The project extends the CTSO conference work into a different kind of organizational setting. Instead of stage moments and awards, the film is built from outdoor activities, group exercises, travel rhythm, and the small moments that show how student leaders connect outside the ballroom.
